All packaged packets will pass through the monitored method. Once our shipping company sends us a tracking number, we will in turn send you a tracking number via email. Below you will find an approximate delivery time to your country / region.

Please note that the processing time of the order must be added to the delivery time in order to get the total time it takes to receive the order when it is placed. The processing time of the order is from 4 to 6 working days and is used to verify your order for quality assurance, packaging, label printing and sending it to our shipping company for dispatch.
Cancel orders.
We will not be able to cancel orders as soon as they start processing. Usually, if you do not send us an e-mail within 5 hours of placing your order, there is a good chance that we will not be able to cancel it. However, email us at gouptee@gmail.com as soon as possible if you want to cancel your order.
Orders that can not be delivered.
All packages that are refused, unclaimed at the local post office, can not be sent, because you specified the wrong name or address when placing the order, it will not be our responsibility. We reserve the right to charge a fee for replenishment and delivery in the amount of 30-50% of the cost of the goods, if this occurs. Therefore, please do not forget to carefully check your address when you place an order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been sent and our database is updated with your online tracking number, we will send you an email with online tracking information that you can use to track your package. If it's been 6 working days and you still have not received this email from us, just email us at gouptee@gmail.com and we'll check it out right away.
